I retain the right to deny or cancel any commission at any time for any reason.
Any information shared between the artist and the client is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties.
NSFW artwork may only be commissioned by a client who is 18 or older. NSFW artwork may only be of characters who are 18 or older.PAYMENTS
Payment is due after the sketch is completed. Work on the commission will not be continued until the payment is received.REVISIONS
Any number of revision to the piece can be made, free of charge. This is available ONLY during the process of the piece being made, and not after it is completed. I will check in with you multiple times throughout the piece to assure it is to your liking/to see if any changes need to be made. Revisions may affect TAT.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
TAT will be longer the more complex the commission is. Generally expect within a few weeks, though the piece may be completed either sooner or later than that time frame.USE
Commissions are to be used ONLY by the commissioner and ONLY for personal (non-commercial) use. Upon using the piece credit must be given to the artist (@reedicusT on twitter, @arizonateaguy on tumblr or teddyreed on discord). Pieces will be used by the artist as examples unless specifically stated otherwise by the client.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I hold the rights to the artwork and do not permit my work to be used for AI, NFTs, or any other form of secondary distribution.REFUNDS
Refunds are available throughout duration of the creation of the artwork, but upon completion refunds are no longer available.
